The Union of Law Scientists invites representatives of academic circles, universities, and public authorities, as well as lawyers, judges, prosecutors, and practicing legal professionals, to participate in an online academic discussion on the topic “Criminal Legal Protection of the Environment – The 2025 Council of Europe Convention and Its Challenges.”

- Expert Vincent Delbos (France) – Former judge; expert in environmental justice; human rights expert; former member of the Council of Europe Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT).
- Kakha Tsikarishvili – Professor at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs; Board Member of the Union of Law Scientists.
