There has been memorandum of collaboration between Kutaisi University and Union of law scientists

The purpose of this memorandum is raising awareness of law science and feeling for the law and order. This can be achieved by collaboration between above mentioned institutions and regarding the memorandum rules.

They express their willingness and are ready to collaborate in scientific investigations and in the field of higher education, according to international standards.

Along with University the Union plans to take part in organising events together.

On January 29, 2020, a meeting of the Union Board was held.
The board founded the union’s international online scientific journal “Law Herald”.
Zurab Chkonia, a chairman of the Union was elected as the Chief Editor of the Journal, which was tasked with recruiting the technical staff and editorial board of the Journal.
The mission of the journal is to present important scientific-practical research of law scholars and practitioners and to introduce them to the country and to the international community and thereby to integrate the aforementioned research to promote the development of the law.
The aim of the journal is to expand the international audience of readers and authors, to gain high scientific status by accessing authoritative international scientific bases.
At the same meeting, Nika Dudashvili, a PhD student and researcher at the New Vision University, was accepted as a member of the board.
We congratulate Nika Dudashvili on joining the Union.

Support and trust of “International Center of Scientific Information and Education” (Dusseldorf, Germany) to member of union Mr. Gocha Ochigava.

Cooperation with educational and scientific organizations is very important for the Union of Law Scientists in terms of international cooperation development. That is why our organization is giving more importance to cooperation with “International Center of Scientific Information and Education” ( Dusseldorf) and welcomes to the openly and official letter of trust and support to our member of union, doctor of law, Gocha Ochigava.

Mr. Gocha Ochigava is an official representative of this center in Georgia.

The Union of Law Scientists  plans to sign a Memorandum  of cooperation to work closely with the center for the purpose of close cooperation and implementation of joint projects which undoubtedly  will development of law science.

 

 

On December 15^th, 2019 stated meeting of Union of Law Scientists members was held. Several initiatives have been referred to by Administration and approved by participating members: founding international scientific journal, creating new website for the Union, forming Qualification Enhancement Center as new structural unit.

Meeting was held at the premises of European University.

Union of Law Scientists representative J.D. Gocha Ochigava held working visit to Prague through November 26^th till December 3^rd, 2019. Mr. Gocha Ochigava is delegating Czech Republic State University in Georgia.  Meetings were held on the premises of Law Faculty and Foreign Language and Professional Study Institute of Prague State University. Cooperation among Union of Law Scientists and Czech Lawyers Organization has been discussed during sessions. Georgian students were among participating groups. Getting Georgian youth acquainted to European Educational system, evaluation and self-evaluation rules, innovative methods of studying has been one of the main purposes for the visit.

Member of the Union of Law Scientists Mr. Giorgi Tumanishvili’s new book has been published – ‘A Simple Theory of Difficult Meaning (STDM) – How Can the Human’s Ego be Digitalized and Transported Elsewhere – or Immortality.’

The book deals with the complex, contextual, and structural study of the human ‘ego’ in an interdisciplinary (philosophical, psychological, quantum mechanical, neuroscientific) context. The book discusses classic and modern models of the human psyche and approaches to the human ‘ego’.

The book consists of two chapters, the first of which deals with the contextual issues of the human ‘ego’ ‘I-Identity’, ‘I-Cognition’ and the concepts of ‘ego’ in Psychology, and the second chapter deals with the study of human memory.

In this chapter, the author elaborates on the so-called Simple Theory of Difficult Meanings, which is an interdisciplinary, new construct of psychology, philosophy, neurophysiology, neurochemistry, quantum physics and neuroquantology.

The STDM seeks to explain the nature of the human ‘ego’ in a new way and, in the context of theoretical generalization (in the future), makes it possible to digitize the constituent elements of the human ‘ego’.

The book is currently available on Amazon.com in English, on Kindle, in electronic format and also in hard copy.

ERAC(The European Research Area Committee)- ევროპული კვლევების ინოვაციების სივრცის კომიტეტი წარმოადგენს მთავარ საკონსულტაციო ორგანოს ევროკავშირის სამეცნიერო პოლიტიკის, კვლევებისა და ინოვაციების პოლიტიკის შემუშავებისა და მხარდაჭერის მიმართულებით.

ESFRI (European Straregy Forum on Research Infrastructures) – კვლევითი ინფრასტრუქტურის ევროპის სტრატეგიული ფორუმი წარმოადგენს ევროკავშირისსტრატეგიულ ორგანოს, რომლის მიზანია  ევროკავშირის და ასოცირებული ქვეყნების,  სამეცნიერო ინფრასტრუქტურის განვითარება-მხარდაჭერა.

EOSC (European Open  Science  Cloud)- ევროკომისიის პროგრამაა, რომლის ამოცანაა ძვირადღირებული საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო ბაზების ჩანაცვლება ხელმისაწვდომი და უფასო სამეცნიერო ბაზებით წევრი ქვეყნებისთვის.

Today, October 4th 2019, in Europe University was held meeting of the members of Union. Theme of discussion was the technical aspects of Union’s upcoming event, International Scientists Conference. Members also planned other important events in the future.

By decision of the Board, Union has the new member: Lia Adeishvili, Law Phd.

October 6th 2019 Union’s meeting was held in Europe University. Members changed the Statute and chose the board of the Union: Zurab Chkonia, Gia Liluashvili, Archil Loria, Inga Beridze and Shalva Kurdadze. As a chairman of Union remains Zurab Chkonia.

At november 21st  2018 Union of Law Scientists’ meeting was held at East European University.
